"Wouldn’t recommend. I kept trying to tell Dimitri that nothing or no one hit my screen but he was being dismissive, ignored me and just kept saying that it’s physically damaged so nothing can be done. He smudged my screen pretty roughly and didn’t even have the courtesy to clean the fingerprints he made. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, just said bye and left. And he was giving me attitude before by telling me to make sure I pick up my phone since I missed his phone call, which is kind of hard to do while I’m working. Not sure why there isn’t an SMS option in 2022 especially since he asked me to text him pictures of the screen. Oh, AND he came an hour before the time he told me, which was inconvenient because I was in the middle of work. Overall a horrible experience."
