"i agree with most of the reviews here about their service dept. i went to get service i was told the tyres need replacement i told ok give me a quote they gave me price more than what i get in costco so i told its ok i will get done in costco it triggered the front desk rep to be borderline rude(trying to force selling the tyres and getting miffed because he was not able to sell it) . Also in general i used to go they would make sure my bill would run somewhere near $1000 for 2018 model nissan. I have stopped going there. The say nissan authorized but they are not very service oriented they want to just charge as much as possible."

"After getting the run around by Woodfield Nissan it was super refreshing to finally get help from Arlington Nissan. I bought my car less than a year ago from woodfield Nissan. It was used but only had 17k miles and I bought the best extended warranty they had. I brought my car in 3 times to woodfield Nissan and was told there was nothing wrong with it until the last time when they told me it would cost $800 to fix (so much for the bumper to bumper warranty I paid for). I brought it to Arlington Nissan who helped me get it fixed and it was covered by Nissan. They were amazing!!!! I’ll never go back yo woodfield Nissan and will exclusively go to Arlington Nissan. Woodfield Nissan just gives you the run around and does nothing yo fix the problems. They would tell me there was no noise and when they thought it was the hitch they installed (a few months earlier) they told me they couldn’t fix it and take it to a body shop. Arlington Nissan was great. They are trust worthy and ethical people unlike Woodfield Nissan. Thank you Brian at Arlington Nissan for all the wonderful help."
