"I originally called wanting an estimate for a catch basin cleanup because the plumber I i usually work with demanded that I have my catch basin cleaned up before they would even come and address my original complaint which is a busted ejector pump in my basement. Luis proceeded to work right away on the obvious and immediate issue by replacing the ejector pump in about an hour since he had a spare pump handy. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am leaving my old plumber for sure after the shady business they tried to pull. Will be coming back to rocket plumbing for future work."
