"Mike gave me fantastic service and was very professional! My Sony television was barely over a year old when out of nowhere the image became all glitchy. When I contacted Mike at Alphanet TV, he offered to visit that very same day. He knew immediately what the issue was and ordered a replacement part. "I was looking to repair my Samsung TV and received Best service! Best prices! Best knowledge and professionalism! Why? Because after 5 calls to other different places, Mike answered quickly and said he will be in 40 minutes, driving from Arlington Height to Glencoe! When he came, he looked very intelligent and put cover ups on his shoes to protect floor in our house from outside dust. He explained why it is better to repair our TV instead of buying a new one. With replaced parts and his service it cost $300, and to buy a new TV it would cost more than $700. He will tell you upfront how much it cost and it's up to you if you would like to buy or repair your existing TV, save money, do not through away your TV, go more sustainable and keep our planet more green!
