"Brought my Acer laptop to Strikers on Saturday afternoon because the battery suddenly died and wouldn't charge. He called me back within an hour and explained my charger was broken. He offered to place an order for a new one, I accepted, and I got my laptop and new charger as soon as the part came in. Strikers did a great job, he's fast, and most importantly he was clear in explaining the problem and solution. Great service all around!"
