"We have been very pleased with the experience of purchasing a new AC unit from GSHA. We were able to schedule an appointment for a free assessment easily and an agent—Peter--was at our house with in a couple days. This agent explained the options he felt would work well, based on our initial feedback--but never pushed us to purchase anything. Instead, after several of our questions, he promised to send us several options at several price-points so that we could have all the information at hand. We spent the next week doing research and was given helpful responses from Peter as we sorted through our options and narrowed down our candidates. Again, we felt no pressure.
