"People warned me about using contractors through a home warranty company--I should have listened. This pool company came out and first, quoted things that I did not even claim were broken (including heater repairs when I do not even HAVE a heater). When they finally quoted the issue I reported to the home warranty company, they stated it was a freeze related leak, when there is no way they can possibly state that affirmatively it was not leaking prior to the freeze (my pool service states it was). Their own contractor notes state the leak was "more than likely" due to a recent freeze. Hence, the claim was denied. However, Ultimate Pools will gladly charge me loads of money to do the repairs. I tried contacting the company to work with me and the home warranty company. They not only refuse to help, they stopped communicating with me."

"They are a incompetent company. We can barely get them to do anything unless it's at their leisure. My new electrical system does not work and keeps popping the pool fuse in my fuse box, we can barely get anyone to come out and fix it. We are currently looking for another company to correct and fix our iaqualink system. Now my pool is just sitting stagnant. Worst part they're paid in full"
