"Great little park. This park has some things for 2 yr olds and under but mainly for older kids with only 4 swings total(2 regular/2 baby). The park had a soccer field as well as a basketball court and some walking trails. If you're child is a climber, this is a good place for them to burn off some energy."
"Finally got a chance to visit Deaver Park. It's quaint but it has charm. I love the available tables close to the playground. It helps to keep a close eye on the kids. There's also plenty of open ground to just run and play. There's a huge soccer field and basketball courts at this park. It's perfect for quick games. Lastly, there is a waking trail. That's cool and skating is allowed on the trail. This isn't the biggest park so the parking is adequate. Overall, another option in the neighborhood."
"1st visit. Very nice park for a short stroll. No restrooms."
"Beautiful park! Plenty of space to run around and climb. Also they have a soccer field, kickball field and basketball court with bleachers! Some really beautiful trees!"
"Awesome playground, one of my kids (almost 4- year olds) favorite! Big variety of things to do including a big climbing net, ladders, balance-testing tunnel, slides. The playground has sections for 2-5 YOs and 5-12 YO but my kids go on almost everything. It's a pretty big playground with benches nearby and a big open space, with a few picnic tables I believe. Everything seemed to be in good shape minus a little innocuous spray paint (someone solidly spray- painted over one of the bubble-windows on the main climbing structure so you can't see through it but it's not a bad word or picture or anything). I don't think there is a bathroom but the playground is great!!!"
