"I ended up NOT doing business with this place after talking to the female owner over the phone. I told her I needed to REPLACE ALL the window frames and screens at my home. She told me to remove all my screens and bring them to the office, to which I replied, "Ma'am, I'm replacing ALL of my screens; your company is not able to come to my house??"" She then said, "Yes, but we're swamped, so it'll be around two weeks before we can get to you. And you'll have to call us back in a couple weeks to set something up." I then asked her if I could just make an appointment for when they're available, to which she replied, "I don't know when that will be. I don't know why people wait until summer to call us. They don't call us in January or February when we really need the work!" My response to her: "Thanks for your time, ma'am. I'll call someone else." Wow. Just wow. There's no way I'd do business with them after that phone conversation."
