"Called them frantically in the morning because my laptop got water on it and wouldn’t turn on. The person who answered the phone helped me make an appointment for later that day, assuring me of general turnaround time and that in more severe cases it has to be sent out elsewhere. Fine with me as long as my laptop gets fixed. I arrive at my appointment, and the guy at the desk asks if it’s under warranty. It’s not, it was a gift from a company where I used to work. He said they can’t help me, they don’t do anything if it isn’t under warranty. THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND TELL ME THIS WAS SOMETHING IN YOUR REPERTOIRE. He said whoever helped me over the phone must not have been educated in their “most recent policy changes.” I asked him what places in the area COULD help me. He said he didn’t know any. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? These people deserve every one-star review they’ve gotten."
