"Great service! Our furnace died during this cold weather. Called Lockwood Furnace and they had someone out to our house in 3 hours. Loaned us heaters and had our new furnace and AC installed in 48 hours, nasty working conditions outside for the guys but that did not interfere with their expertise and dedication in getting the job done. "Thank you to Bob Swanson, Doug Price, Mike Plada, and Matt our technician! We decided to replace our old (35 yr+) AC and Furnace units in June 2023. Lockwood was recommended by my neighbor, and I am glad we chose them. Our free estimate was easy to schedule, and Bob came out to go over all options needed for our home. During the 2-day installation Doug and Mike explained every step of the way what was going to be done during the process and after installation walked through our new systems answering all our questions. About a month later the AC unit was running extremely loud outside. We made a service call and Matt the technician came out the same day. Immediately upon hearing the unit he identified it was the contactor due to a bad coil and spring. He explained the cause and what needed to be done and fixed within minutes. From start to finish everyone was personable and professional. Thank you!"
