He took time to answer my questions and explained how to maintain the water heater. Luis S and Sergio V worked very hard to install our furnace and AC unit. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwords. They both explained how to operate the furnace and air conditioner and answered all our questions. Mike E performed a thorough inspection of our furnace and explained in great detail what our options were. As a result, we were able to make an informed decision."
