"We have used them 3 times now, 2 for crash repairs and one for windshield repair. They communicate with you VERY well, sometimes 2x in one week. Repairs have always been conpleted in a reasonable timeframe. They have HIGH Quality Control Standards, an example- the company who tinted my windshield did not do it very well so they kept my car overnight and made the company come back and removed /replace the tint. The folks are SO kind, you get greeted with a smile as you open the door, waiting area is clean, and they work with Enterprise so you only go to enterprise 1x to pick up rental, they handle the return for you! You work with the same person throughout the process of repairs, so they know you and your vehicle. The 2 crash repairs were phenomenal! You could not tell anything happened to my 22 Ford & 2007 F150!!! The F150 had front end & fender damage, the truck came out looking like new! They matched the paint perfectly & that’s not always easy on an older vehicle especially a black one! The Explorer had bumper and fender damage, check out the photos- PERFECTION! "Despite the fact that it took 2 trips to the shop and them having my car for over 40 days between the 2, I'm really happy with the work they did to put my convertible back together from tornado damage. Unfortunately parts were needed from Ford and that caused the major delays. The new roof works fine and they did an excellent paint job. The ladies working the front counters were delightful as well. I would highly recommend them."
