"I had an appointment scheduled for refrigerator repair on 2-14-24 between 8 am to 5 pm. I took a day off work to have this work done. Sears sent me a text message today at 10:50 am rescheduling my appointment for tomorrow. I lost a day of work because of sears. Also, the compressor on my fridge was replaced by Sears last year in May 2023. The compressor stopped working 8 months later. This is a replacement compressor. Sears has the worst customer service. I have called them to try and speak to a live agent but there is not a prompt that I can select to speak to a customer service representative. I will be canceling my service plan after this. The service they provide is sub-par. This is unacceptable!"
"The technician was very rude. Had zero people skills and did not install the hose back onto the back of the washer. I attempted to use my washer and realized the hose was not connected. His negligence caused my laundry room to flood with water."
"Got new belt for lawnmower because mower was jerking back and forth when shifting. After belt installed the mower still jerked. Repair person said the problem was with the transmission. Sure would have liked to have had that diagnosis in the first place! I just wasted over $400! If I would have known that was a possibility I may have opted for a new mower."
"Jamil was a hard dedicated worker, confronted with a tough task to undertake in an hours time. He worked diligently nonstop to tackle the job which took him better than 5 hours to complete. The only concern was the one missing bolt that was never found but once the test run was performed, a mysterious rattle occurred at the start of the final spin, ceasing at full speed only to resound during the slow down, could that sound have been the missing bolt ,only time will tell."
"Came in for annual maintenance on our furnace, He found a faulty sensor that he cleaned and readjusted for us. Gave us peace of mind. Professional and friendly."
