"Hi, We had the best experience with SerPro very professional and on point. The only bad thing was that our curtains, rugs and clothing were taken off site 2 months ago which we have not still gotten back. I know this was sent off to a 3rd party but the follow up was awful. We had a wedding 2 weeks ago and had a house full of guests...it was embarrassing to not have curtains and rugs in my house. The mitigation team was AMAZING! I knew exactly what was happening and when something was taking place. Super professional and their martial, Andrew was the best. I will still give 5 stars but I'm disappointed due to my experience in the offsite textile washing issue."
