"Lee and his assistant showed up promptly. My Kenmore (made by LG) refrigerator portion wsa running almost room temperature with a FF (freezer fan) code. I had unplugged it and plugged it in several times over 5 days until I could coordinate a repair time. When they arrived, I explained what was going on. Right off the bat they had me fill in a paper for a $75.00 service call. Since the refrigerator had just been plugged in and running, they opened the refrigerator and checked that the fan was running. Same with the freezer. It's fine, $75 Thank You Very Much and out the door they went. 2 hours later FF code and refrigerator warm again, thank you very much. Had they listened instead of making a fast buck, they would have tested the board and sensor like I asked, and could have made more money fixing it, thank you very much. They said if it had a problem to call them and no charge to came back. Calls and texts were ignored, thank you very much."

"Called this service due to my fridge going out and I had my 93yr old mother staying with us so I needed it fixed immediately. I was told someone would be out between 2 & 5pm. At 5pm I called and was told they would be there around 5:30. Lee showed up with another person, who I assumed was his assistant, but appeared to be his apprentice. Lee told us the defrosting motor needed to be replaced, which he said he could fix. Over $250 dollars later and 3 weeks out I have the same problem. All my refrigerator items were warm and melting. I called the office reported the problem , was told he would call me back. No response as of yet. What made me suspicious was Lee seeming to be very coy about what he was or should I say his apprentice was doing while working on the fridge. When I went to pay, he told me not to make out the check to anyone, he said he had a stamp in his truck. I said no I will make the check out to the name on the invoice. A-High Tech Appliance. Sorry I called them and I would be very Leary of using this company!"

"Very dishonest company. Lee told me I needed a compressor for my refrigerator @ $280. I found the part online for $150ish so i had him complete the repair. Turns out he only replaced a relay switch which is not an expensive part. The guy is a crook!"

"Said they would be out in afternoon, waiting 2 days for him to show up.(still waiting) Technician Lee said he replaced defrosting timer in freezer then less than 3 months later had same problem. Still waiting for them to come out and honor their warranty of 90 days."

"Bad experience. Kept saying they'd be out the next day, but it took over a week of empty promises to "fix" my refrigerator. Fixing to them involves replacing only 1 of the 2 parts needed (even though LG provided them with both parts, only 1 was replaced and they kept the other one to themselves for some reason), then leaving and after already taking my money commenting that there might also be a leak and wouldn't be surprised if it stopped working soon. 3 days later, a warm refrigerator again and more delays/excuses about coming out to fix it again. A different company came out to do an estimate while I was waiting on A-High Tech to get back to me and saw the problem right away, along with showing me that the leak was caused by the replacement of the part. New company fixed it right away, refrigerator working again. STAY AWAY FROM A-HIGH TECH REFRIGERATION."
