"I selected this company to remove my in-ground basketball system, including concrete base (top 12 inches), based on previous customer reviews. Now it's my turn to provide a review. Barry and his company delivered. The price was reasonable compared to the competition (the removal of the concrete base, 1st 12 inches) was not something included in the competing offer I priced. "Eric did a wonderful job installing our basketball hoop! We couldn't be happier! Not only does the hoop look perfect, but he did everything from the assembly to clean up. And the clean up was perfect too! I bought this hoop for my son for Christmas and spent the last 3 months researching installers. Universal's quote was $85 LESS than other well reviewed companies.
