"Always Air just replaced the motor in our heating system. They came out yesterday to respond to loud squeaking coming from the HVAC. Sally was immediately responsive via text and Matt, the technician, was able to fit in our last minute appointment request. The noise didn’t repeat itself while Matt was here (of course!), so after his examination, he explained what to keep an eye out for if/when it happened again, and went over with me what our insurance would or would not cover. Sure enough, this morning (Saturday), the squeaking returned and progressed to a burning smell that permeated the house. I updated Sally, who got on the phone with me immediately to discuss my options, and then made a call to our insurance on our behalf to put in the emergency weekend request. Matt was back within two hours to confirm the motor was shot (it was), and then to replace it. We are grateful for Sally and Matt’s quick response (particularly on a Saturday). They offered exceptional customer service, which I appreciate immensely."

"Last week, my furnace went out (which is typical this time of year because my furnace is 25+ years old but still hanging in there). I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and asked that they assign me a service provider that can come out the next day. They assigned me Always Air, and Hal showed up at around 10:00am the next morning. Hal was very informative, fixed the problem right away, then cleaned the furnace for a discounted price. He told me the problem and worked to find the solution quickly, while also offering exceptional service and explanation. I have been burned many times by other companies in the area, but this company, from the office to Hal, was very impressive, and I highly recommend. I will use them again!"
