"This was my first time using this location. I was drawn in by a sign outside for a $50 synthetic oil change. All went well until after the oil change I was presented with a bill for$79.52. The excuse was the car needed 2 additional quarts of oil. I've owned this car for 8 years and have never paid extra for oil during oil changed on this vehicle. I would also expect to be notified of a potential price increase before the service was completed so that I could agree to the price increase. This seems like a very deceptive practice."
