When he came to my house, he did the same thing, rotted it. I told him there's no reason to do that, my father and I did that already. There was nothing in the pipe after he rotted it. I asked is there anything else he could do, the plumber said Use draino ... wow, waste of $225, last time using them."

"SCAM - I AM SO UPSET WITH THE MORALS OF THIS COMPANY. Let me preface this by saying my parents have used All Family many times in the past. I'm a first time home owner, and had a burst water pipe wreck our home while we were out of town in January. Naturally we called All Family! They said they had to charge a travel fee of $150 to send a few guys out to come and assess the scope of work-- but it would be applied to the overall bill. No problem! The plumbers informed me they would send an invoice within the week-- it's a HUGE job. NOPE. I called, and called, and called, my DAD called and called, we spoke to Diane every time. Diane would keep assuring us it was on its way. An entire month later, no invoice, nothing. We had to go with another plumber of course. But I called to get my money back, because NO work was performed, not even an invoice was sent!! Diane said okay, the check is in the mail. TWO WEEKS LATER, nothing, so I called Diane AGAIN. "We have to charge a travel fee." Yes, I understand, but you provided us with NO service! No invoice! Not even a call back to keep us updated! I know it's not a lot of money at the end of the day. But it's the ethics of the situation. Shame on you, All Family Plumbing."
