"So disappointed in my experience with Dr. Moreno. I've been in pain since October 1st and I have been trying to get her to help me with it. After a whole month and a half and 2 visits, one of which my 1st and I was charged 130 for.. The other was a quick exam and I was finally sent to rehab which I was grateful for and on my way out I was given a follow up appointment on the 14th and when I called to get one sooner they have nothing until January and they don't even have me for the 14th either .so someone in their office messed up and now I have to wait even longer to get help."

"Dr. Minerva is such an awesome primary physician, she takes her time and really listens. Her team is always so kind and make me feel so comfortable each time I come in. I’m new to El Paso and was in search of a new primary care, I’m really glad I was able to find a great doctor on the first try."

"I have had such a positive experience with Dr. Minerva Medrano. She is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had. Dr. Medrano is straightforward, informative, and she truly LISTENS to you and your concerns. She’s also very sweet and I never leave her office feeling confused. The staff—from the front desk to the medical assistants—are also very kind. Overall, I recommend this doctor as she will take all life factors into consideration when providing you with care."

"The doctor is wonderful! The receptionists on the other hand need a lot of work!! The younger one has an attitude and is horrible at communication. I need a new dr.. thanks to the ladies in the front!! I called and ask for refill- it took 3 days to get it and when it was finally sent, it was to a Walmart that I NEVER ASKED FOR. Due to this- they also said I could pick up a prescription- and they demanded I was there within 15 min because they had already closed- mind you I had been calling since they opened and not once did they mention they closed early. Sent my husband for the prescription and it was pointless because it didn’t work- they didn’t accept it. It didn’t have the drs signature, didn’t have the correct prescription/dose. Oh.. let me not forget that they changed my dosage on their own too! Then I called to get my labs, asked for a fax #- I asked if they could email it- the lady placed me on hold- then after about 5 min- came back and asked how she could help!!!! I asked again and said oh yeah we can’t, you have to come pick it up! I said ok- we’ll can you have it faxed to Quest and still said NO! I had to again waist my time go into the office and get it! I am done! It’s sad that because of the hassles we encounter we can get a decent dr."

"Dr. Montanez is amazing! I am pretty particular about my primary care provider and she is great. It is usually pretty easy to get an appointment quickly. Office staff are friendly and helpful. The MA is very nice and helpful. The only glitch is sometimes the billing office makes mistakes. Not a big problem and usually quickly sorted out. I think that they changed their billing provider recently so hopefully that will be a thing of the past."
