"The person who greeted us when we walked in was pleasant, but nobody else acknowledged us as we were browsing for shoes. How do you find help if you have to chase it all over the store?"

"Like the selection of shoes but I also really love the prices, especially the second pair at half price... In addition, the ability to be able to purchase online from the comfort of my home."

"I went here with all of my three kids. I told my 16 year old to pick out some shoes and then leave them at the counter so that I can pay for them. She came back to the car and I went in to pay for them. The guy at the counter told me about the buy one get one 50% off and told me all the brands that were included. So I shopped for shoes for myself finally. Moral of the story, I always get good service here. The store is always neat and clean. I always feel welcome here. If I'm not shopping online for shoes, this is where I go to shop for shoes."

"Not many choices for formal dressy women shoes. I recently took my daughter to this location, we were looking for some heels for her homecoming dance but, this store had only two choices for her to try and her size of shoe wasn't reachable, we had to hunt down a worker and have her bring a ladder to bring down a pair of shoes for my daughter to try. If you're looking for a variety of choices, this particular store might not be the one. Otherwise, they have a lot of sporty shoes."

"Wish I could give zero stars. The guy and the girl up front are rude and condescending. They are the type to make you feel dumb for asking about a deal they still have hung up on the isles. Also brought a pair of shoes to return that were gifted to my daughter just a week before. She checked them at home and they didn’t fit so I went to return them. The male cashier spoke sarcastically letting me know since they were worn they could not be returned. This place stinks"
