The salesman James was extremely prompt and personable.,They got us from estimate to install in just a few days. The crew that did the install jay Cole and Alex did a fine job. I was so impressed that Hames the salesman stopped by during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly and followed up in the evening when it was completed We had a small item that needed a follow up visit and the tech Chris was so helpful also. "Chris was the tech who discovered our issue with the furnace. He kept in touch with us through out the process as we are in Florida for the week. We needed a new furnace so on Saturday Josh and his partner( I didn’t get his name) spent the day taking out the old and installing the new one.
