"This is the second time I have gone in for a simple oil change to be turned away due to them being booked up for the rest of the day. Both times I have come in mid day in the middle of the week not thinking it would even be close to busy enough to be turned away. I just can’t imagine being so busy in the middle of the day to turn someone away for an oil change. I was told to call every morning to check availability but they don’t accept appointments, they only accept walk ins. Clearly not. I just can’t believe that it is this hard to get an oil change. I have never had a problem with their service in the past years but being turned away each time is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Great service but good luck on availability."

We've left 6 messages with their RV service(could name him but I won't) for an oil change...new tire...and alignment. STOP SENDING REMINDERS AND COUPONS IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO RESPOND!"
