"Great service from beginning to end. I applied for an estimate through Costco and Matt from American Comfort reached out to schedule an estimate. I got 4 other estimates from various companies in my area and theirs was very competitive and beat the majority when you take into consideration the Costco card. The tipping point in helping me decide on them were their online reviews. Scheduled the install for a Thursday at 8am. I was told by Matt that the install can take anywhere between 4 and 6 hours barring any unforeseen issues. Randy was very prompt, rang my doorbell right at 8am and got to work. Install went smoothly and very professionally. They laid tarps down to not track any dirt or mud into my home. Install was completed by 11am and Randy gave me a good run down of what he did and some pointers on how to keep the system running optimally. He also threw in some recommendations based on some questions I asked. Matt arrived about an hour after Randy and went over all the paperwork for me, took my payment and stuck around for a while to help. Very happy with the entire process and I'll be coming to them for system maintenance and future projects."

"After getting 4 different bids on a new furnace and ac we decided to go with American Comfort Central via Costco. Communication with Matt from the very beginning was timely and easy. I prefer text messaging and we worked nearly everything out through text. The system was installed this past Wednesday and is working flawlessly. The install team was quick, friendly and clean. The whole thing took about 1.5 weeks for delivery and 6 hours to install and the price was great. I highly recommend!"

"Went to Costco looking to replace my furnace and air conditioner and Costco set me up with American Comfort Central. I called American Comfort and spoke with Matt and set up an appointment for an estimate in the morning last week the estimate was a very reasonable price. I called Matt back to set up an appointment for the install. He let me know that the install could take up to 8 hours to complete to be prepared for unexpected problems. So I cleared my schedule. The appointment was set up for this morning, 10/19/18 at 8am, and Randy knocked on my door at exactly 8am. Randy was very polite and knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what he was going to do before he started working. The owner of the company, Ken, also came out and assisted Randy with installing the equipment. Matt came out as well to walk me through the paperwork and explained everything in detail. Luckily Randy and Ken didn’t find any unexpected issues. Everything was done, installed, and running by about noon, so now I have extra free time!!! Woohoo!!! I definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs good quality heating and air conditioning!!! Thank you American Comfort!!!!!"
