"One of the employees broke my dipstick off into the engine and now I have to have my oil emptied and the dipstick fished out. Was told a representative would call, they did indeed call but I missed the call and the person did not answer any of my follow up calls. Since they no longer carry my size of dipstick in most stores I have to special order it from a dealer. On top of having to pay for someone to fish their mistake out of my engine. I'm not happy about the situation but the employees I did have contact with were polite so besides this their customer service at the oil change was at least good."
