Diamonds In the Ruff Grooming

"She told my friend she specialized in cutting Yorkies and she sure didn't! I even sent a picture of exactly how I wanted her cut and when she came home it was not even close to the pic I sent. She cut her face and ears so short and awful! She doesn't even look like a Yorkie. I also sent a bath bomb for her to use bcs she has sensitive skin and she didnt even use it! I don't recommend Yorkie parents going here. Owner is very rude!"

Also the owner is compliant when it comes to shot records and keeping track of which dogs are overdue which I appreciate. Anytime I drop off my dogs I genuinely feel she’s excited to see them. This is the ONLY groomer I’ve been to where my dogs leave happy and excited and not traumatized."

"My fiance and I have taken our miniature schnauzer to Diamonds in the Ruff for about 1 year and a half. Every time he comes looking amazing and smelling just as good! You can definitely tell the owner puts a lot of care into her grooming. Highly recommend!"

"I have been taking my Havanese Seymour here since I got him 4 years ago. Shelly does a wonderful job every time. She is great with my pup and the shop is always clean. I don't know what products she uses to shampoo him, but Seymour smells great for a few days after and his coat is extra soft. I highly recommend Shelly, especially for small dogs!"
