"November 2023: I love Breed & Co! Can't say enough about this location or even the others in Austin. I regularly visit this one since I live close to it. They have the best high quality merchandise and staff. Their seasonal selections are top notch and always buy my gifts here. They carry a bit of everything and if they do not have it they will order it for you. It's more then a hardware store and suggest joining Ace Rewards My reason for this visit was to scan their store for an ideas or additions after I decorate my home for the holidays. However I could not stop from purchasing some gifts and items for myself. I am already planning to return."
"Without fail every time I go in, I am treated very disrespectfully. Their employees have not learned their manners to say the least."
"I brought in an item to return and the cashier responded with such a rude statement that was not called for. The female employee who’s name starts with an “M” looked at the receipt date and said, verbatim “One of y’all got ADHD or something?” in a rude, sarcastic tone. This was in response to the fact that the item was past the 30 day window to return. A simple “this is past the date” would’ve been fine. This is also not the first time I’ve had an unpleasant interaction with said employee. Disappointed in the customer service."
