"Marc did a fantastic job grooming our dog. He took the time to explain every aspect of what he would be doing. I could tell he really takes pride in making your pet look their best. He is the only groomer I have taken my dog to that actually groomed her the way I wanted. Everyone else would just shave her because they didn't want to mess with her tangled/matted hair, but Marc got out all the tangles and cut her hair at the length I requested. He basically spent 4 hours with her, and she seemed very happy when I picked her up. She has never looked better. I will definitely be using him again."
"Marc is the ONLY one I will ever let groom my dogs, I know he treats my dogs with respect and dignity because of their happy dispositions after I pick them up. I had previously taken them to other groomers and once they were home, they were distant and melancholy, like they were pouting from their grooming experience. My dogs are never sad and so that told all I needed to know. I am so glad I found Marc and Waggin Tails, I feel comforted knowing that my dogs are not being man handled and yelled at.
