"I really want to like this place as it’s convenient, I appreciate the way they structure their services, and the staff is almost uniformly great and does a great job with my dog. Unfortunately, you cannot rely on them for actual grooming as they have been unable to keep a groomer on staff. In the year that I’ve been using them I think there has been more time without a groomer than with and now it’s happened again. I just learned this morning (totally by accident which is even more frustrating) that my February grooming appointment won’t involve an actual haircut because they don’t have a groomer yet again. If you want to get their monthly service for baths and the other stuff then they’re great, but the discounts on actual haircuts are a mirage more often than not. I know it’s a tough labor market for lots of roles, but you have to figure it out because otherwise I’m payIng for a monthly membership where you’re not holding up your end of the bargain. This would easily be a five-star review if I could count on my dog getting haircuts when he needs them. Maybe this is just the way this business works as I’ve never owned a dog that required regular haircuts before, but I’m about to find out as I need to start calling around to other places."

"I brought my Wheaton, Harry, in this morning and he went in kinda scared and came out feeling very happy and very ~bonita~ ! It was our first time and we will be back next month for sure. This is a stellar service and we signed up for the basic monthly package. Thank you to the groomer and the lovely folks at the front desk!"

"My recent visit for grooming services resulted in a distressing incident where my dog's paw was cut during the process. The lack of communication or acknowledgment of the incident was disheartening. Additionally, the rush in providing the haircut left much to be desired. (I had to go twice). It was evident that the grooming was hurried, resulting in an uneven and incomplete finish. While the intention might have been efficiency, the compromised quality was disappointing. Clearer communication about such incidents and more attention to detail in the grooming process would greatly enhance the service quality"

"I had a membership last year but have stopped and just come as needed now. My 70lb pit mix has thick nails that are hard to trim. The staff always does an amazing job and was very time conscious during the most recent visit as I had a flight to catch. Very appreciative of the consistent great business!"
