"I’ve never been to a pharmacy so incompetent and I’ve been to many incompetent CVSs. I was told my prescription would be ready 3 days ago (a prescription that without will cause withdrawals) and it wasn’t ready until today. When I came to pick it up they tried to scam me out of over $300 for something that is $12. Please take your service elsewhere."

"I got two vaccines on Saturday even though my appointment didn’t show up. She was very helpful. The cashier up front was very helpful too. I got my care card again and there was a coupon on it."

"The staff at this pharmacy really know their stuff! On multiple occasions, they have gone above and beyond to help me navigate complicated insurance matters. It's a very busy location, so it might take a little time, but it's worth the wait. Absolutely stellar, I won't ever go anywhere else!"

"The customer experience here has been declining for years. Today, I found out that they were sitting on a script that they had exceeded the maximum from the insurance. I asked if there might be an error, because the dosage they quoted is more than my doctor mentioned. They insisted that they had it correct even after I talked to my doctor. Their solution was that I should pay them 750 a month for 1 medication. This pharmacy is a joke. Update: last night they said that my doctor had not sent an updated script. Today I spoke with my doctor and he assured me it went out yesterday. I went to cvs and they have nothing for me. I asked them to check again and they magically found my prescription for medication that they had withheld from me for over 24 hours. I’m switching to heb pharmacy asap."

"Absolutely disgusting. The parking lot is always littered with trash, the trash cans are overflowing, they use the photo area for bulk storage, and the place is just dirty. I can't imagine this is the look CVS wants for their stores."
