"Took Winter for her first Grooming/Deshedding appointment with a lady named Emily and was very pleased. Winter can be slightly shy but after about 5 minutes with the staff she opened up and was perfectly content and comfortable. They did an outstanding job and winter no longer had puppy dog smell!"

"Butchered my miniature schnauzer. She now looks like a naked rat for Christmas. I begged her to keep her beard long, but she shaved the whole thing off and called it my miscommunication. Look how sad she looks. This was my first visit here. Owner Did not apologize, did not offer a discount or anything towards a future visit. The whole thing was $50 more than what I usually pay in Lakeway. Bad experience, will never go back."
