"Accepted my appointment last minute. Contacted me ahead of time so I knew when to go pick them up. My dogs loved her, they went with her as if they already knew her. Something my dogs very rarely do, they usually don’t willing leave even with people they know. Great price. Some one complained because she does her work from home, I must admit at first I was a bit worried about that also. But she did a great job. Would recommend and will be returning. Thank you Yolis"
"Very friendly and understanding when it comes to schedules, only reason why this isn’t a five Star was because of some miscommunication about appointment times but all was resolved and I was EXTREMELY pleased with the care and attention given to my kitty! She was extremely knowledgeable about cat care and the careful trim and attention to detail given to care for him is more than I could ever ask for! Will happily go again!!"
