"I honestly have nothing but great things to say about everyone that works here. They are extremely kind people that truly love animals and treat your pets like your own. Our black lab loved coming here and where other places could not do things like trimming his nails (He's huge and wouldn't let anyone else touch his paws) they were able to get it taken care of with no issues. We also had a great boarding experience! Will definitely be coming back here and recommending to other friends/family."
"If I could give them a 0 I totally would. I dropped off my dog today and when I picked him they said they accidentally nipped him so they were treating him so the wound wouldn’t get infected. So I was like, ok accidents happen! When they finally brought him out my dog was still bleeding. I go to pet him and there’s blood on me. So they took him back again so they can put more ointment to stop the bleeding. So there was ointment all over his ear so I couldn’t tell much of the damage. But now that it’s dry I can see that they cut off a part of his ear!! I’ve come to this place on and off for a few years and I believe there’s been a changer in ownership. Not sure. But I’m never taking my dogs back. Im going to continue to monitor my dog. Hopefully the wound heals nicely. I would be cautious with this place."
