He saw a potential issue with our hot water heater and did various checks until he was sure it was venting properly. He also explained how a surge protector may protect our system. He took the time to pinpoint the issue by asking questions, analyzing my thermostat, and thoroughly checking the heating/cooling unit in the basement.
