Even though they were busy with the holiday season, I was still given an appointment the same day I called. It was a very straightforward process and any questions I had were answered by the employees. It was my first time here and it won’t be my last!!"

"I wanted to provide detail on why I gave this location a 1 star review. I had been coming to this location for 2 years and within that time my dog had two occasions when she came back with cuts. The first time was two large cuts on her chest (which were not addressed and I didn't find until I got home) and the second time was a large cut on one of her back legs. The last time I took my dog in I had to wait for 5 hours to come get her and when I came to pick her up I could hear the groomer throwing her around and saying rude things to her...I should have trusted my gut when she was terrified to go inside. After I left this first one star review a month ago, the owner called me and blamed me for the cuts, saying it was because of extreme matting to her fur and that she had to have been in pain before coming in. Even if there was slight matting, there should not have been as bad of cuts as she had. Not one apology was given for the way my dog was treated, I will not be coming back and you should consider not coming here as well."
