They are quick to respond if you need anything fixed, for the most part..However they charge you 60 dollars a month for an air filter they only send every other month. its ridiculous because filters need to be changed monthly and cost nowhere near that price. They will raise the rent on you every time your lease is up, this is my first time ever renting a property where they raise rent every single year! maybe this is the new standard but as a single mom and teacher its becoming hard to afford to stay"
