"I don’t live here (yet) but I did take a tour this past weekend and just had to share how impressed I am! My husband and I were in town for the weekend touring apartments and when we drove by The Catherine we knew we had to add it to our list. I called and Jay the leasing consultant was able to accommodate a last minute tour with only 10 minutes notice. Even with the short notice and the fact that we aren’t moving until the summer (6 months from now), Jay spent quality time with us and treated us like we were renting tomorrow! If the service we were provided on our tour is anything like residents experience on a day to day basis I know it must be a wonderful experience! Not to mention the property is JAW DROPPING. I seriously can’t stop thinking about it days later. Beautiful views from the resident rooftop bar (WHAT??) and the most stunning and resort like pool we saw all weekend. Color me impressed! The amenities and logistics of this property were very much designed for convenience. From bracelet key fabs to get you in the elevator and your apartment to motion sensor lights in the closet and built in desks in the apartments, they truly thought of everything! It seems to me like you could only be so lucky to live at this amazing community and I’m hoping to be able to experience it myself this summer. Thank you!"

"can't say enough good things about living there for the past 2 years. everyone at the front desk (Jay, Jamal, Leigha, etc) and management were incredibly friendly and not just "because they have to". we moved to start putting all that rent money into a house (rent would always go up every time the lease was up but that's pretty standard). anyway the maintenance was always prompt and on point. probably most importantly though - the residents you run into all the time were the best and we made some really good friends there. friendly, genuine.. tons of dog owners. joining a volleyball league at Aussies ended up being an unexpectedly perfect amenity. after creeping on all the people playing there for the first few months we had to join it. summertime the place feels like a community and they make a good effort all year round to sponsor events up top at the bar/common area or down at the pool every few weeks. would work from home once a week and working from the top is like an extension of your living room - not many people would be up there during the day. we looked south (not city side) and you get good views of the green hill country. there is some construction going on during the day with the new building they're putting on the south side where we were. i'm not sure how long until it's done but my girlfriend who works from home didn't seem to mind it and the windows do a good job of keeping noise out. if you need somewhere to call home don't hesitate."

"A beautiful downtown apartment. The apartments are modern and great for young professionals. They come with the fridge, microwave, washer and dryer included. The pool is amazing in summer and rooftop bar is a great view of the city and river. They also have a big gym with a spin room. The staff is friendly and there is 24 hour concierge which is awesome. I think it’s one of the best downtown options for anyone moving to Austin and wants to be walking distance to 6th Street and ACL."

"I lived here for 1 year and it was a fantastic experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the building and residents are the best in Austin. Rent for a 1 bedroom is around $2000 +/- $300 Parking is $50-$100 You should get 1-2 months free when you sign and renew your lease. Pros: -Coffee Downstairs -Great view from the sky lounge with a full bar and fantastic grill -The skylounge serves as a great co working space to have meetings and talk business with other guests Cons: Some minor issues you'll see with every community. - Too many emails from management - Elevators break often - Rooftop is not 24/7 - Bike was stolen from bikerack - Most expensive drinks in Austin when the bartender is there I would live here again."
