"Always a great experience here!! We've been coming monthly for at least a couple years. We have a large lab and they do such a great job grooming him!! Staff is friendly and its always super easy to drop off & pick up. They're very organized and highly recommend."

"When we first started the service was excellent. After about 4-5 visits the quality and customer service went downhill. Prices started going up for the following visits. My dog was not groomed well and the time they would keep him was past four hours. They also became very rude, would put my call on the longest hold only to return to say they don’t have an appointment for a month 1/2 out. Completely dishonest. I would not recommend this place. Integrity is not part of who they are and how they run their business. PS: if you don’t tip big they develop a bad attitude and you will start getting pushed out."

"To the owner: I’m reaching out, because I dropped off my Balinese cat, “Mishri” for a wash. I did not authorize a cut. When I picked her up and brought her home, I discovered a huge patch of hair missing on her back. My husband called and we were refunded the service. However, it’s been several weeks and this photo is taken today and her hair is barely growing back. This was not the first time I brought her in and I did not give anyone any indication or instructions to shave her. She’s a senior cat and I can’t imagine how terrified she would have been when being shaved."
