"First time I dropped my two dogs for grooming they did great. So I took them a second time. Both dogs had their skin peeled off on their private parts. Pet bar didn’t say anything. Next day dogs were acting weird and I had to take one to the vet to get an antibiotic. I complained to pet bar, first they denied: “ we didn’t do it”, “ why you didn’t call immediately “, etc. They even called the vet. Finally they refunded only the grooming for one dog but not the vet treatment. This doesn’t make sense. An apology would have been enough, but they denied, questioned my complaint and gave me a hard time. Will never go back."

"What an amazing experience. Professional, caring and excellent service. My pup is almost 2 and not yet comfortable for grooming. Maddie, has the magic touch and is great with Luna. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great full service at the best price in town. If you are looking for a groomer, save yourself some anguish. Stop Here, you won't be sorry..Kudos to the staff."

"TINA is god sent i will never stop coming here as long as she is here. Ghost is a Pomeranian and happened to coincidentally get booked with her when the previous groomer was unavailable and l just fell in love with her work. My puppy Kylo will only be seeing her as soon as he is old enough to be groomed Ghost has always had bad anxiety going to the groomers (pet smart in Florida) but he seems to be comfortable and happy every time we pick him up so they are doing something right! She is amazing! The front desk could do better communication wise but other than that they are the absolute best. (Honorable mentions: Courtenay was amazing as well but no longer works here )"
