"Very UNPROFESSIONAL and lack of description on what to do when NOT staying at his home. Texted me rudely "Your lack of communication affects my ability to book and he is NOT a hotel" when he has NO type of description on what to do when canceling reservations that i CLEARLY received multiple text from an automatic text saying my reservation was canceled because of card payment. Please choose WISELY on booking him. His home looks VERY nice but the professional business lacks BADLY"
