"Great apartment complex… I lived here for 2 years, and no problems occurred, that Maintenance wasn’t quickly able to fix or work on… In the leasing office, Tamir, is who always helped me out, she’s so lovely! Crime is everywhere but in my two years at the property, I never seen any, there’s heavy police in the area always, which I’m so thankful for!"

"Just moved in!!! Tamir did an amazing job getting us set up and settled in our new place. We did have a few hiccups while she was away but Michael assisted us thoroughly and made sure everything was perfect as well. What a great team here at MAA! I had no idea moving here would be this easy!! Edit: the apartments are nice but I adjusted my review to 4 stars because the initial monthly charges are more than expected. There were a total of three additional monthly charges we were not informed of and thought they were included in the fee’s already charged."

"Show me a better neighbourhood ANYWHERE in the monstrous city that is houston its literally outside a complex(vintage park) with fine dining and high end shops. They have live concerts/events regularly here From big grocery chains like heb,walmart,kroger,costco etc to cinemas to park to hospitals to small ma pa shops to willowbrook mall are 5min away max, some within walking distance Hwy49 is across the street to skip the traffic rush Good amenities and surprisingly peaceful place Rent is not too high for what u are getting everything like rent,submitting order,lease etc u can access online on resident portal from the comfort of your apt A satisfied resident so far"

"Nice blended community with a great staff. Any maintenance issues I’ve had are always resolved immediately with never a mess left behind. The property was nice when I came and even better now. On top of repainting the entire place, they renovated the pool area without needing to…. Great place to live."

I would definitely recommend this property. The property was clean, updated with great amnesties. I fell in love with the apartment homes immediately."
