"horrible apartment complex, kids waiting for the bus have to wait out in the open on rainy and cold days. THERES RACOONS. staff is rude EVEN TO CHILDEREN. One time I was leaving my apartment to see my WHOLE TRASH ripped up and the can on the ground. My sink still hasn't been fixed after we have asked for managment multiple times, we had a broken a drawer and they still haven't fixed it and given it back so me and my family are just without one of our most important drawers. This place is so ghetto for no reason. This is a horrible place and the fact it's right next to an apartment with no bad reviews aswell. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOUR CONISDERING IT, beautiful area though!"

"This place is a literal dumpster fire! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Here is the quick version of my year and a half here at this disaster of an apartment complex. Assist manager Jet sucks and is rude. General Manager Tania is useless. We have had two drink drives crash through the dog park. Several school children fight, graffiti, cars broken into, cars put on blocks, empty bullet casings found around the complex, roaches in our apartment, snakes in our apartment, I was bitten by a wild dog on the property. Porch pirates. Trash is littered throughout the complex. And their was an actual dumpster fire! I moved in over a year ago. When we found this place, we couldn't have been more excited. It was managed by Courtland, and we knew that was a brand we could trust. We were very, very excited, to say the least. But as if it was almost overnight. Courtland sold the property to Alden Park. Maybe you're better at finding info about them better than me. But I couldn't find anything, and I still can't. Our apartment has had several issues go wrong with it, and getting a service request is like pulling teeth. When the dishwasher leaked, it took 3 days for maintenance to come and fix it. When our disposal broke, it took two days. These were the more recent requests we put in. But there was a long amount of time when we didn't put in any service request because we just didn't want to deal with the rude maintenance workers. They give you attitude for putting in the request, and they do the bare minimum. Don't expect any form of customer service from them. But that's typical maintenance people attitude. You would expect the front office to have a better attitude and be more customer friendly. NOPE! Jet is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Awkward, unhelpful, complacent, and disrespectful. I have had several interactions with Jet, and each time, I think less of him. The only saving grace at the front office was Tania. "WAS" is key. We have tried communicating with her about our neighbors upstairs being very loud past quite hours. In the beginning, she filled me with hope we would see results. But we're going on 3 weeks and 8 consecutive days with zero reply from her about the people upstairs. After all of this, I asked to leave and get out of my lease. They require two months' rent!!!! I asked if it could be waved, given everything we have dealt with while here. I was told we can set up a payment plan. I don't want to give you any more money!"

"This apartment complex is horrible. They half fix stuff. The water smells horrible. Everything falls apart so easily. We moved out September and have yet to receive our security deposit. This complex has been owned by 2-3 different managements in the 1 year we stayed there. I’ve seen guns pulled out on kids in the area. It was not a safe place for kids or anyone if you ask me. The employees change often. This place just isn’t it. Don’t waste your money."

"If I could,I would put zero star. Don't let the reviews fool u. This place was great when it was managed by Cortland but the new owners Alden Park, have no clue of management. When I moved in 3 years ago,this place was great,always clean, no pest, trash was always picked up but now, it take them forever to empty the garbage. Maintenance is slow as heck. Some of the new residents are as disgusting as the complex. They left their trash in front of their door for more than a week. It stinks,from the stairs case, to the point of making u nauseous. The management is not doing anything about it, roaches are now having a feast and populating the building. Don't let the previous reviews fool u. Im a business owner and I have no interest to mess up other businesses but when things are wrong u have to let people know."

"I moved out of the apartment complex 6 months ago because of the terrible mismanagement of the new owners. I had planned to write a long, detailed review when I originally moved out, but I figured I’d just leave the experience behind me. 6 months later I’m still receiving community event emails even though I no longer live there. Thanks for reminding me to come back and leave a review! Management here illegally withheld my deposit past the 30 day requirement for them to refund me. It wasn’t until I started asking where my deposit was that they said “oops, sorry about that”. It’s like they hoped I forgot about it so they could pocket it. Living here was a nightmare and I’m glad I’m gone. My parked car was hit by drunk neighbors. Luckily they only hit my car, narrowly missing a toddler. The gate is always broken. Neighbors I talked to had their apartment broken in. Multiple instances of cars on cinderblocks. Green pools during the summer. They don’t want to pay to have trash service daily, so it piles up and smells. It’s a shame, this place was nice when we moved in. Want to know who is running this place? Look up Devonshire (dot) biz. They specialize in running old, ghetto apartments. That’s what they’re actively succeeding in turning this place into. I almost forgot that the US Post Office refused to deliver mail here for months after they took over! Our only way to get mail was to go directly to the post office to pick it up. I asked why at the post office and the lady told me that she didn’t know the specifics, but every time this had happened in the past it was because the mailmen refused to deliver for safety reasons. Was that the case here? Wouldn’t doubt it."
