"This company was a nightmare. I rent my home for one year and I received it and spent around of $10,000,oo on repairs. Also I received statement in a few times without supports. I received my home at the end of September 2023 and this month2024 I received one invoice for this company for $492 without support. Currently I call to request my 1099 form and they tell me that it was send and until today it has not arrived yet."

"You know how bad they are? I have report this to their pathetic website. No respond, next will be a certified letter. Pay full price for section 8 living. The building next to us are section 8 and whether you are a good tenant next door is always people that do not respect or care for the place or neighbors, many tenants and many of them have weeks of trash outside with thousands of flies. But you still have to pay full price for bad area, bad maintenance and no matter how much you complain they wont care about any issue."

"I moved into my current property a few years ago, maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner when Olivia was in charge. The past couple of years have been pure hell. They don’t hold up their end as it relates to maitenance issues at all. No one EVER follows up and NEVER call you back. The owners approved floors/bathroom and the management company still hasn’t sent anyone out. The owner of managerenthouses could care less about the tenants at these properties! I’ve never written a negative review until now. They’ve never had to ask me for my rent as I’ve never been late yet the want to disregard your request!!!"

"I rented a property in cypress from them for a year. The property was complete and in a safe neighborhood, but the maintenance was poor. They were not responsive and took multiple calls and emails to fix issues with the renters special. We moved out at the end of our lease have yet to see our security deposit back. I have called multiple times and am convinced I'm being ignored by management despite leaving several messages asking to address the issue. I either need a valid reason why i won't get it back or my deposit returned, but I can't get my call returned to discuss it."

"I've been renting and I am so disappointed in the treatment of being a good tenant. I've been putting in maintenance requests for the same things for 1 year. They don't care about me, my safety, or this house. I've maintained it, made it better, and loved my little cottage. But they continue to disappear on me when major problems arise. I've kept all the communication, because I have a feeling they will try to take everything, once I leave this year. I wish you all cared more, it is truly sad how much you don't. You just don't care, and it's beyond evil. You continue to ask for the same request, when I complain. Nothing happens, no one cares to do anything. I pay my rent on time, and in advance. You take and take and take and never give. I honestly don't know how you sleep at night, knowing how you treat good people. There is massive water damage, pictures are minimal and ther is more. Flooring coming up, kitchen counter coming apart from wall, electrical damage from water damage. Warped walls, and countless maintenance requests. Update: Nothing ever got fixed and I was sent an email demanding I take this review down. Thankfully I am moving out and I hope karma handles those who stand by and do nothing. Suzy ignored all my texts and calls. They also will not give you copies of your maintenance requests. Make sure you keep your own pictures, videos, and screen shots. I will be reporting to BBB and other places. I hope no one ever has to deal with this horrific company."
