"DO NOT go here. Scheduled both my dogs to go in for a trim and bath…. Could not tell what they actually did to both my dogs. There was literally no hair that was trimmed. I called and asked to speak with a manager was told she would give me a call back. It’s 3pm the next day I call and threatened to dispute the charge and surprise surprise the manager gave me a call back. The cherry on top was probably the fact that my vet records were never requested not once. Went back today to get the hair fixed still not happy with results but would rather cut my losses than waste any more of my time. Will never take my dogs back ever again. This is obviously not a facility that cares about my dogs safety if they don’t even request their vaccine records even after it was brought to the manager attention."

"Shaved my dog completely when we told them to trim. They said he had knots but really the groomer was lazy in combing it out. They also didn’t need to shave his face which had no knots. It costs $105 for them to mess up. For reference, I always take my dog here and they use to do a good job but look at the prior reviews. DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE. They must have new groomers."

"Great groomer and great staff. I never have to worry about setting an appointment weeks and weeks in advance. Generally I can always get in next day. They can take care of my dog in under 3 hours start to finish. Cannot recommend more highly! A++"

"I used to love coming to Puppy Love but this is the second time I have had to pay for a service I wasn’t pleased with. The first time the front desk person forgot to tell the groomer to not cut off my dog tail and also a new groomer gave him a horrible cut. I had to come in the second day for the owner to correct the groomer bad cut. Today, January 24, the groomer cut his tail again. Mind you it’s in the notes not to cut his tail!!!! Please don’t come here it is not worth it…."

"Puppy love doesn’t have love for puppy. Michella is the worst groomer I ever have for my dog. You don’t deserve even 1 star. She completely messed with my dog hair style from poodle look to his worst look as I have attached both before and after pictures.This is not a style, she just used a machine on my dog with out mercy. There are a cuts all over my dogs paw and multiple cuts on his body and face.They are offering me a free bath on my next visit after I paid $141.90 for this look, are you kidding me, I am never gonna bring my dog to this place."
