"29 Dec, 430pm. My daughter and I entered the store to purchase a wallet for my husband. The store was empty except for 2 employees, 1 male and 1 female. Neither said hello or offered assistance. Another customer walked in and was greeted with hello. I put the wallet down and proceeded to walk out. Customer service matters!!"

"This is one of the best Fossil outlet store. We bought some nice handbags at great deals along with a handful of watches. The store was little busy during our shopping and Joel took time to engrave personal message on all the watches. Awesome customer service."

"To whom it may concern. I went on Saturday 11/18 & walked in around 8pm when I say this specific employee was super unhappy to see me walking in is an understatement! He rudely announced that they were closing soon as if he was annoyed that I even walked through the door, which I'm sure he was. He stormed to the back then came forward complaining to the other employee saying he thought he was scheduled to be off by 8pm but was actually scheduled until 830pm. His encounter with another couple shopping was just flat out disrespectful. When they asked him to show them a few pieces from the casing that they didn't end up purchasing he made it a point to speak disrespectfully, talking about how he just wastes his time, to the other employee while the gentleman was still present. When I asked the other employee about an item online he was going to attempt to look it up for me until the rude employee shouted that they did not have that item or anything like it in store & aggressively reiterated that they were closing even having the other employee go to lock the doors. This was done prior to 820pm when store hours state 9pm online for Saturdays store hours. I was going to make a purchase but end up leaving & purchasing from coach that same evening because the employee went over & beyond with exceptional service. My point is these employees can definitely use some training on courtesy, proper customer service, & appearance in the workplace."
