"This review comes long overdue! I will not shop at any other Zales location than the one in Round Rock Texas! Even if there is something I come across in another store I will make sure it gets sent to Round Rock before I purchase it. The dedication and patience that Chris, Tobin & Marsha have always provided to myself and my family and friends is beyond what I could ever hope to find anywhere else. I have been in several other locations and the customer service can not even be compared. If Chris & Tobin were to ever be relocated to a different location I would make sure to purchase my items to that new location as well because I trust their expertise and feel that they are the most honest. They are patient and do not push us to make a purchase we are not comfortable with. They go above and beyond to help us find pieces we are looking to get. After having had to go to another location out of state this week for inspection on a few pieces and my daughter taking the rest to Round Rock for me, I was reminded why I prefer to go to Round Rock and work with them! Two thumbs up, 5 gold stars, whatever the highest recommendation is I definitely give it to them!"
