"New staffs don’t provide customer service, during thanks giving weekend I was inside the store with my 1 year old and they didn’t let my spouse come inside for 20+ minutes. "I would not even rate this store! I went in today to return a purse and wallet! I had my gift receipt and they denied me the return! Said I needed in store credit only! That I needed the original receipt and the card it was purchased with! I asked for a manager and no one came forward as the manager ! Then I asked for Corp. number they gave me a number for warranty department! I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE! My husband will be returning the purse and we will never buy from MK ever again! This place is ridiculous! What is the purpose of the stupid Gift Receipt if they don’t even give you money back! So dumb!"
"I'm not much of an aficianado of designer labels or even outlet stores for that matter. That said, I go where my wife wants to go and look for a gift for her sister's recent graduation. Friday late morning was a good time to visit because few people were milling around the mall yet. But...we still had to wait outside the store about 10 minutes before they would allow us in because only 10 people are allowed in the store at one time to adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Once inside the sales staff was helpful in answering questions and making a purchase. Mission accomplished before the heat and crowds set in!"
