"The lady that owns the shop is very nice and our first visit with her was a very good one - however, I scheduled my Maltese for a 2nd grooming and was devastated when I came to pick her up. My little girl is not even a year old and barely weighs more than a pound, she is very tiny. With no phone call, no warning, no permission, no anything, she shaved her - completely. She stated that she was “too matted” to be able to just groom her. This was, in fact, not true. She had only been there 3 or 4 weeks before and was actually in better shape for her 2nd grooming vs. her 1st one. Not to mention, this was in December and it was very cold. Before this visit, based on our 1st one, I recommended her to several people, to which I wholly regret. It is March and she is barely growing back out. My husband was livid and I was not allowed to take her back to her. I do not recommend them simply because there is no communication, and, on top of all that, she charged me almost double what I paid the first time. Very dissatisfied."
