"I’ve been using this CVS for about 8 years and up until around 3 or 4 months ago they were always very friendly, helpful and understanding of my situation with required monthly medications. Now, except for one pharmacist who’s been there for a few years, the newest and I believe the lead pharmacist, acts like I’m a common criminal when I call or ask for my prescribed refills. I’m sure like anywhere else these days they’re under staffed and over worked but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be short and callous with customers that for whatever reason are prescribed medications they might not agree with."

"This Pharmacy was 5Stars until they got rid of Caitlin and the pharmacy staff doesn't have a clue what is going on. Asking for new prescriptions when there are refills, telling they don't have the medication and to come back tomorrow. Then calling back to day they have it by a different manufacturer, Filling prescriptions told not to, told me to continue to take a med that the doctor ordered regardless of side effects. Sad this was a great pharmacy and trusted now we are transferring prescriptions. Miss Kaitlin."
